An operational strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience, Philippe holds a bachelor’s degree in physics education and a bachelor’s degree in physics (with a concentration in modeling). A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he possesses strong expertise in statistics and continuous improvement.
Throughout his career, he has facilitated over a hundred workshops (Kaizen, FMEA, SMED, RCM, FTA, 5S) and accumulated several hundred hours of training and coaching. He contributes to various projects focused on operational performance and process stability.

With over 35 years of experience, including more than twenty dedicated to continuous improvement and the implementation of Lean culture in the industrial sector at Boa-Franc / Mirage, René has been applying this expertise to organizations for the past four years as an operational strategy consultant.

With over 13 years of experience in the corporate sector, Pascal holds an MBA from Laval University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Throughout his career, he has led numerous projects in process improvement and operational transformation, notably at Desjardins. He subsequently served as Production Director and then Director of Operations at TAQ Group.
As part of his projects, he implements DMS and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to structure processes, align strategy with on-the-ground operations, and generate concrete, measurable, and sustainable results.
