As President and CEO and co-owner of CLS, Marie-Hélène Rancourt is an engineer and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Master. With over 30 years of experience, she advises executives on defining and deploying operational strategies aimed at sustainable performance.

She has completed over a hundred projects and led large-scale organizational transformations, in addition to facilitating nearly two hundred Kaizen workshops in complex environments, including manufacturing and the public sector. Her hands-on approach aims to align vision, operations, and teams.

Recognized for her inspiring leadership, she simplifies complexity, structures priorities, and collaboratively creates concrete and sustainable results.

An operational strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience, Philippe holds a bachelor’s degree in physics education and a bachelor’s degree in physics (with a concentration in modeling). A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he possesses strong expertise in statistics and continuous improvement.

Throughout his career, he has facilitated over a hundred workshops (Kaizen, FMEA, SMED, RCM, FTA, 5S) and accumulated several hundred hours of training and coaching. He contributes to various projects focused on operational performance and process stability.

Known for his rigor and analytical mind, he simplifies complex issues and engages teams in developing concrete, sustainable, and efficient solutions.

With over 35 years of experience, including more than twenty dedicated to continuous improvement and the implementation of Lean culture in the industrial sector at Boa-Franc / Mirage, René has been applying this expertise to organizations for the past four years as an operational strategy consultant.

Drawing on his hands-on experience and advisory role, René supports organizations in implementing Lean according to the principles of the Toyota model, optimizing processes, and establishing foundational practices such as daily management (DMS).

He stands out for his human and pragmatic approach, facilitating change management and effective intervention in a variety of contexts.

Chantal has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, resource allocation, and operations. Her background in human resources gives her a deep understanding of the realities on the ground and the current challenges related to talent attraction and selection.

Known for her people-centered approach, she stands out for her ability to build trust and clearly identify needs in order to propose effective solutions that align with her clients’ challenges and are tailored to their specific circumstances.

Convinced that performance depends on having the right people, Chantal has always focused on achieving a genuine alignment between organizations and talent, with a view to long-term success.

With over 13 years of experience in the corporate sector, Pascal holds an MBA from Laval University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Throughout his career, he has led numerous projects in process improvement and operational transformation, notably at Desjardins. He subsequently served as Production Director and then Director of Operations at TAQ Group.

As part of his projects, he implements DMS and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to structure processes, align strategy with on-the-ground operations, and generate concrete, measurable, and sustainable results.

Known for his pragmatic and engaging approach, he actively involves teams in building high-performing environments aligned with organizational priorities.

With over 22 years of experience in the manufacturing, public, and parapublic sectors, Yves holds a microprogram in human resources management and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and Digital Auditor 4.0.

He supports organizations in structuring their vision and transforming ideas into concrete projects. He specializes in continuous improvement, Lean implementation, and team engagement, with a hands-on approach focused on sustainable results.

An operational strategy consultant since 2019, Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Laval University, with a specialization in supply chain engineering and value creation networks.

As an industrial engineering student, Véronique has developed strong skills in process optimization and operations management. Through her industrial experience, she has gained a practical understanding of real-world challenges and business needs.

Motivated by improving organizational performance and efficiency, she aims to leverage her knowledge and analytical skills to contribute to continuous improvement and operations management projects.

She stands out for her leadership, interpersonal skills, and proactivity. Sociable and collaborative, she enjoys working in teams, building relationships, and rallying people around shared goals.
